What is the minimum quantity I can order?

There is no minimum order required and we even accept 1 piece of order!!

 

Can we place a rush order?

You can contact us and we'll do whatever we can to deliver your order promptly.

 

I want to personalize each piece. How much will this cost?

There will be a minimal charge for personalizing each piece.

 

How long will it take to receive a large order?

While we always try to process your requests as quickly as possible, large orders may take 2-6 weeks to proceed.

Transportation?

General Shipping Information :

• Most items in stock are shipped within 72 hours. Items which will be shipped at a later date or out of stock are denoted on the item page or you can directly contact us.
• Items out of stock are backordered and billed at time of ordering. Due to circumstances beyond our control items may be shipped at a later date. You will receive an email or a call with the expected shipping time of all backordered merchandise.

 

As transportation varies between country. Please contact us for further information. Below are some of the examples:

Malaysia :

1. Courier service : Fedex or DHL are the fastest but it is costly. Your goods will reach the next working day.
2. Poslaju : Need 2 working days. Fast and the price is reasonable.

Singapore :

1. Train : KTM need only 2 working days. Most convenience and reasonable price.
2. Courier service : Fedex. Fastest but most costly. Reach the next working day.
3. Poslaju : Need 2 working days. Fast and the price is reasonable.
   

Brunei :

1. Courier service : Fedex. Fastest but it is costly. Your goods will reach the next working day.
2. Forwarder : We can recommend.

Return policy :

• We stand behind every item we sell. When purchasing from our products(www.inspirecrystal.com), you are protected by us.
• If your purchase is found to be defective or damaged within 7 days of arrival, please e-mail or call us and let us know so that we can take care of it.
• For custom orders such as business card/company logo crystals, please see your contract or proposal. These are non returnable unless damaged or defective in which case we will replace or fix the piece at our discretion.
• Damages must be reported to us within 24 hours of receiving merchandise. Please allow up to 1-5 days for processing.
• Authorized returns will only be valid for 7 calendar days. After which time, we will not entertain any claims of defectives, etc.
• If your shipment is damaged please contact us for the information.  You will have to work directly with the shipper for damages.
• You are responsible for shipping charges for returning product to Inspire Crystal. Original shipping is not refundable.
